I have a HP Office Jet Pro 8720 . My cartridges required replacement. I used to have HP956XL cartridges. The placement cartridges I received were HP952 for the black cartridge. After installation the printer keeps on reporting "Cartridges Depleted).
I read on the HP site that I need to clip the head out and replace it a few times until the error goes away - I did that 9 times with the same error as result.
I put the old cartridges back then it works for one page and report it depleted (as they are actually empty).
But it does not accept the new cartridges.
Please help
