Bonjour, j'ai acheté une cartouche d'encre hp 301 en magasin, et celle-ci présente un problème car elle n'est pas reconnue par l'imprimante.

Le magasin m'a renvoyé sur le téléphone de HP. On m'a répondu qu'il fallait que je fasse ma demande de remboursement sur le forum de hp.

J'avoue que je suis un peu perdue, mais je voudrais quand même me faire rembourser cette cartouche défectueuse.

Si cela vous ai déjà arrivé, je voudrais bien savoir comment vous avez fait.
