Bonjour,
J'ai une imprimante HP ENVY 4525. Je viens de terminer ma cartouche d'origine couleur et HP m'en a envoyée une nouvelle.
Problème : quand j'installe la nouvelle cartouche instant ink couleur dans l'imprimante, celle-ci ne la reconnait pas. Pourtant, elle semble bien installée.
Que dois-je faire ?!

I have an HP ENVY 4525 printer. I just finished my original color cartridge and HP sent me a new one.
Problem: When I install the new instant ink color cartridge in the printer, the printer does not recognize it. However, she seems well settled.
What should I do ?!
