Hello.
I purchased this printer in Canada while we lived there. We have since been stationed in the Greece.
I needed a new printer cartridge to print off mailing labels, and was instructed to purchase a HP 302 cartridge, as the HP 63 ones that came with the printer are unavailable here in the Greece and or/ridiculously expensive, and the 302 cartridges are the same exact product, simply made for the Greece model.
However, when installed, the printer refuses to use it because it’s not a 63.
I have examined the cartridges and they are. The. Exact. Same. Apparently the only difference is the chip. Is there any possible way to use the cartridge I’ve purchased, or must I import one way too expensive/get a new printer? This is exhausting.

Hi @nikosmarilena,
I'd like to help!
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
