I’ve purchased 3 times different cartridges, it will not fix the issue. Error cartridge problem,

Please read this post then provide some details.  Which cartridge is causing the error?  What exactly is the error message?  Are the cartridges HP or third party?

 

If the cartridges are third party the firmware update available here may help.

 

If the cartridges are HP then I would suggest the troubleshooting steps here.
