Officejet Pro 9015
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet 9015.  I belong to the HP Instant Ink program.  I received my latest cartridges a week ago and installed them when prompted by printer.  I get an error message:  "This cartridge can only be used in a printer that is currently enrolled in HP Instant Ink."  I can go to the Instant Ink website and I can confirm that I am enrolled.  I have removed the cartridges and reinstalled them, I have powered off and back on, I have removed the printer and reinstalled, nothing happens.
