HP ENVY Photo 6234 All-in-One Printer

This is a message for HP Expert rather than the community.

I have an error on my printer, in summary its stating that "the cartridge is not installed or there is a problem with the installed cartridge".

I have had this error message before and it happens when the cartridge needs to be changed.

Looking at my account online, the error message is with the black ink.

I have taken the cartridge out and re-input it, and cleaned it (as instructed). But this did not solve the issue.

 

Can someone help me to have a new cartridge shipped, as I really believe this is the problem

HP ENVY 5530 SIGN "INK CARTRIDGE PROBLEM"  NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.  I HAVE REPLACED CARTRIDGE.

Can you please send the instructions to me too. I am having the same problem that the printer does not recognise my new colour cartridge.

 

I have taken the cartridge out, downloaded new firmware., stopped, unplugged the power, and restarted the printer after 60 seconds. Nothing works.
