HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer

It show Cartridge Error and can not printting , I would like colour cartridge but no where i can request for my new ink color cartridge, Can you help me please.

Try these steps:

Check Cartridge Compatibility:

  • Ensure you are using the correct HP cartridges for your printer model. The HP DeskJet 2632 typically uses HP 304 or HP 65 cartridges (check your manual or printer for specifics).

Clean the Cartridge Contacts:

  • Turn off the printer and open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Carefully remove the cartridges.
  • Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to clean the electrical contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer.
  • Reinsert the cartridges.

Reset the Printer:

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for 60 seconds, then plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and reconnect it to the printer.
  • Turn on the printer.

Update or Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Ensure you have the latest printer software and drivers installed.
  • Visit the HP Support Website to download and install any updates for your printer.

Visit HP Store:

  • Go to the HP Store.
  • Use the search feature to locate the appropriate cartridges for your HP DeskJet 2632 printer.

Order from Authorized Retailers:

  • You can also purchase genuine HP cartridges from authorized retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, or office supply stores.

Subscribe to HP Instant Ink:

  • Consider subscribing to HP Instant Ink, a service that automatically ships ink to you when your printer detects that cartridges are running low.
