Hi. Everytime I print, the colour ink cartridge flashes an error afterwards and it comes up with a message on screen saying that the ink cartridge has failed.  I removed the cartridge and then put it back in and it's fine again till I print. Once it's printed, the error message comes back up. Once I have taken it out and put it back in, I go to the ink levels on screen and it says the cartridge is nearly full. Please can anyone help? Or am I looking at a new cartridge because it was only a couple of months ago I bought this one.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. 
If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1721989-1461843-16 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Thank you for replying. I read your private message, I don't want to have to get online support from an engineer as this will cost if it's out of warranty which it is. It states error on the cartridge all the time now, no matter what I do. However, I can print in black and white if I remove the colour one so it will have to be acceptable for now. Definitely feel like it's a cartridge issue, which isn't great with the amount I paid for it and it is full of ink.
