Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just replaced my empty cartridges with my insta ink replacements, the colour cartridge its faulty, won't connect to printer. I've reset and cleaned cartridge following HP instructions still not working. How can I get a replacement sent to me?

If you have reseated both ink cartridges, cleaned the ink cartridge contacts and if the issue still persists,

This could be a cartridge issue.

To assist you better, We would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
