I have 2 HP printers that had the Cyan drop out in the last 2 years. Lots of calls to support. Looks like an ink issue... No resolution. Gave up the fight. Currently printing everything in Black and white. Anything will help.

This is crazy how many people have this issue & HP does nothing about it! I've wasted so much ink & paper trying to get CYAN to print. I'm giving up & replacing the printer with a Brother. They seem to have less issues than HP products.

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?
May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
