Hello, I have an HP OfficeJet 5252. I replaced the color and the black ink 63XL cartridges and am getting an Printer Error Message: Ink Cartridge Problem. I tried using the virtual assistant and was not able to get the problem resolved. The system software on the computer says "Cartridge Failure". I tried cleaning the contacts as instructed but that did not resolve the issue. I would appreciate any help! Thank you! Resolved!

If you insert your old inks, do you still get the error message? If no, this could a set of defective inks. You could either return/replace it to the store/website you purchased it from or contact the HP Support Team regarding this.
