Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Printer is reading cartridge problem, not reading cartridges. I have followed all of the diagnostic steps provided by the virtual assistant and still unable to fix the issue. The printhead was recently replaced. PLEASE HELP!!

Printer will not read the cartridges replaced it with two other cartridges still will not read the cartridges it all comes back to printer not reading cartridges but can we do
