I currently am Enrolled in the Instaink program which is great, but the downside Of HP instaink is the communication piece.
I have an HP Envy 7855 a little over a year old. The past three weeks I have been trouble shooting the cartridge problem error that has been popping up on my printer. upon removing the black in cartridge insta ink sent I had noticed the connector at the bottom of the cartridge was defected. So this is what I did: I have taken the black ink cartridge out and reinstalled, I have cleaned the connectors with a lent free towel, I have used insta ink BOT support services, emailed and searched high and low for a contact number and all ends lead to a dead end.
I had resent my went a bought a brand new black in cartridge from Office Depot to see if it would work and it still gave me the same message.
Being a small business owner i had to cut cost somewhere and it was on marketing. I took it upon myself to buy this printer a year ago and do my own content and advertising.
my confidence in hp is wavering and I need some kind of solution for this problem. Thank you for your time.
regards,
Jeid
