I have an error that says I have a black cartridge error.  I have unistalled and reinstalled the cartridge numerous times. I have replaced the cartridge altogether.  I have switched the printer on and off numerous times, unplugged it, cleared all terminals with a lint free damp cloth, numerous times, I've tried a different laptop and I am still not able to print.  Can you please help?

I've seen on this forum that several people have had the same problem, but no where does it say how to rectify this.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
