Cartridge Problem

We are getting error as " One or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged"

We are having HP Officejet Pro 6830 Printer. And getting above error since 1 week, after changing/replacing the Cartridges. Please check and help us asap.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. 
 

Firstly, check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
 

Insert the old ink cartridge(if available) and check if the error persists. If not, then the new one is defective.

  • Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges.

If the error persists with 2 different ink cartridges, it could be an issue with the printer.
