I just installed my new black ink cartridge supplied by HP ink service. I now get a message that the cartridge is not installed correctly and needs to be reinstalled. I've done that repeatedly and still get the error message.

I understand the ink cartridge seems to be defective. Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If the error persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
