Hi, Sandy:
I did as you instructed. I put the print alignment sheet on the scanner bed and pressed a copy button. After it was finished, I shut off the printer and turned it back on. Unfortunately, the printer still prints out a new alignment sheet when I turn it on. What else should I do? Thanks.
