My printer is enrolled adn I am using Instant Ink. My scanner didn't work so I used HP Print and Scan Doctor. It reste my printer and I am getting the error "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink". Also, when I open HP Smart I get the error "Incompatible HP Instant Ink Cartridges". Lastly, when I access the HP Instant Ink portal, it says printer is disconnected. Both my PC and printer are connected to the same router. Any solu

I was able to call the HP Instant Ink. And the agent was able to activate my ink cartridges remotely. All is well now. Thank you for your support.
