Receiving a Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink message.  This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever hear of.  HP is LOCKING my printer because I've unenrolled in the printer ink service?  All of the months that I've paid $5.26 and that amount of pages that I've printed and ink that I've used, HP has stolen from me.  This makes ZERO sense.  I've paid for the ink and used the ink.  I've paid for about 50 ink cartridges and only have received new ones twice.  This is nonsense that I cannot print because I unenrolled from this service.  Been a customer for many, many years.  This needs to be fixed, ASAP.
