The HP6000e printer requires the HP app to communicate with it in order to clean the cartridges. When I get to the point in the app for that cleaning, I get a notification that the printer can't be found.

- Check that your printer is not set to offline mode. You can do this from the printer panel or the device settings.
Use HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- For Windows users, use the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility which can diagnose and fix connectivity problems.
Update Device Software:
- Ensure your device's operating system and HP Smart app are up-to-date. Updates often resolve compatibility issues.
