Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Been through support assistant steps, does not help.  How do I order new instant ink cartridges to see if that will fix the issue?

Printer says there is a cartridge communication problem and will not print.  How do I ask for replacement cartridges to see if that fixes the problem?  I am a instant ink member.
