Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I have a smart tank plus 651. It is missing a color. I went through all the troubleshooting steps of cleaning, aligning, reseting, etc. I ordered new cartridges. The old cartridges do not center when I open the access doors. I went through those troubleshooting steps. Cartridges still do not center so I can replace. Any suggestions?
