None of the previous advice has worked. First time I have tried to replace ink since buying printer 5 months ago. I really regret the purchase. I am sure some tool in my shop can open the top. Will you then replace my printer?

I did read the user manual and watch the video. NO HELP.

You need to open the scanner top and access door together at the same time. If you open the scanner top first the cartridge access door is locked.

That doesn't work, you have to open the front door first, per the manual. Cannot access the top door until the front is opened and it remains locked.

You need to open the top door and scanner at the same time, if you lift the scanner first top door is locked.
