Cartridge error on HP office jet 7610 series printer
The printer shows the error CARTRIDGE PROBLEM (One or more cartridges appear to be damaged) remove them and replace them with new cartridges.
Then I replaced it with new cartridges, The printer is not accepting the new cartridges now.
Kindly help to find the solution.
Thank you,
Regards,
Syed Hamed.

@Syed_hamed, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Are you having the same error with the new ink cartridges too?
Which of the ink cartridge is indicated in the error?
Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges. Check if the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 and the same issue is happening for the (C) & (Y) cartridge. I've repleaced the cartridge with new genuine ink and still receiving the same error message. I did a hard reset as per instructions and also cleaned the cartridges as instructed and still nothing. This is truly frustrating to not have a solution.
