I am on instant ink and have an error with the colour cartridge, and cannot speak with anyone in HP without paying as it tells me my printer is out of warranty even thought this is not the issue it is the new cartridge. I have followed all the advise and have had no joy, I also have a message telling me I will not get a new cartridge until this error is sorted. Any clues on what to do, I feel aggrieved having to buy a new colour when I pay a subscription and the fault is with that not me. I also feel very let down that HP make it impassable to talk to them. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I have Envy 5010 and the cartridge is 65/304
