I am suffering the same problem as everyone here. But I don't have an Instant Ink account either. I buy ink from Staples or Amazon but it's always the correct HP-branded 61 inks. Two brand new black ink cartridges have not solved the problem. I have done every restart and other tricks that the virtual assistant suggested. Nothing works. Is my printer a lemon?
