Product: HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Any issues running my printer on standard hp564 and XL cartridges? Black one is xl and doesn’t print at all, but the others do, known issue?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing on your Photosmart 5520.  Go through the step in order, if the first eleven steps do not resolve the issue it may help to manually clean the printhead as described in the video in the post here.

The XL and regular cartridges are functionally equivalent except the XL has more ink than the standard cartridge (and the black XL cartridge is physically larger than the standard black cartridge).
