HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer

Dear Team:

I moved from US with my printer  with ink cartridges HP 60. Now that the black one is printing too ligth I went to your web site to purchase it but found that the cartridge you sell is the HP300XL. I purchased it via Amazon to receive it the following day, and when I loaded it the printer says “cartridge non compatible” !!
After going through all the automatic assistance in your web  I found that in Europe for the Envy 120 you sell a different cartridge than in US   therefore the one I purchased 300XL can not be used in my printer because I purchased it in US.

Would you be so kind to let me know what I need to do to be able to use my printer again, with the cartridge 300 that you sell here for the Envy 120 all in one printer that I own?
Thanks for your help and support!
Daniel

You will need to Contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work.  HP's web page on the subject is here.
