Product: HP DeskJet 3772 All-in-One Printer

Hello, 

I’m trying to print in color, my cartridge is about half full but will not print color. Only black and white. I tried a system clean up, taking it out to manually clean it, but nothing is working. Any thoughts on what to try next besides refilling with new ink? 

Any insight is greatly appreciated!
