Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While my deskjet 3545 was printing a b&w page of text, the printing stopped abruptly and the error displayed was “incompatible cartridge”. I procured an Original HP 678 black cartridge and replace it. Then I started the printer again but it still shows Incompatible Cartridge error. Tried resetting the printer, cleaning the contact of the cartridge as well as the printer head where the black cartridge fits, but these steps have not helped. The printwr is printing in Single cartridge mode with the other volor ink 678 cartridge
