Hi @Jy80,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To order a new cartridge for your HP DeskJet 2800e All-in-One Printer while on the two-month free plan, you can follow these steps.
Log in to Your HP Account:
- Go to the HP Instant Ink website.
- Sign in with the account linked to your printer.
Check Your Subscription Status:
- Once logged in, navigate to the "My Plan" or "Account" section to view your subscription details.
Order a New Cartridge:
- Look for an option to "Order Cartridges" or "Manage Cartridges."
- You should see information about your current cartridge status and the option to order a new one. Select the new cartridge type you need (black or color) and add it to your cart.
Confirm Order:
- Follow the prompts to complete the order. Ensure you have a valid payment method on file if needed.
Delivery:
- Your new cartridges should arrive shortly, allowing you to install them before your current cartridge runs out.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
