I have correct cartridges but I put them in and they’re telling me they aren’t right. I’ve put them in and out 3 times. They are the ones I received from HP they are 100% correct. I think there maybe be something broken with the cartridge carriage?

I understand you are having issues with the ink cartridges.
- What is the error you get?
- Which ink cartridge is defective?
- Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective one.
- Are you enrolled in Instant Ink?
For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
