Cartridge non identified

Hi,

i have some problems with the ink cartridge because the printer didn’t recognize them. I changed them few times but nothing changes and an error message from the printer says that the ink cartridge isn’t recognized. I reset the printer and it didn’t change anything. Maybe the problem comes from the cartridge’s microchip. What do you think I could do about this ?

I have 2 x HP DeskJet 2600 printers

I continue to get the error that the black is empty or it is not recognised

I have tried 3 different ink cartridges in both identical printers and continue to get the error and flashing to say black is either not present or empty

What could this possibly be, especially as I have tried on brand new printers x2, and multiple inks and re-installed drivers and software, followed the obvious cleaning steps (although one printer is brand new)

I have windows 11 and use USB to connect them
