Hello,
I just got a new HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw and the printer doesn’t recognize the original HP cartridge I got with it, first the error was with all of them. I took them all out and put them INE by one again and now the issue is just with 2 (black and Cyan)

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting a cartridge error, I am glad to assist you.
Follow these steps to fix the issue.

Make sure the toner cartridge is genuine and compatible with the printer.

Remove the toner cartridge, check for foreign substances on the connector or port, and then reinstall the cartridge.

Turn the printer off and back on.

If the above actions do not resolve the error, replace the toner cartridge.
