HP Deskjet 1050 All-in-One Printer - J410a

Dear HP,

In our country, we can only get HP 801 cartridges from shops for my Deskjet 1050 but it alerts these cartridges are not supported.

We tried to change the cartridges in the Ink shop, but they suggest to approach to you to change the regional setting of my printer.

Please help me to change the regional setting of my printer.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
We need to perform a regional reset, on the printer to resolve this issue. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
