Cartridge not working and not able to return to hp

I purchased 680 ink cartridge from hp website (Order number 101300004676246). I requested for onsite support from hp service ([Personal Information Removed]) and technician came from TVS electronics. Technician asked me to return the cartridge,

Problem is, now I am moving from pillar to post to return the cartridge and not getting a solution. 

Technical team ([Personal Information Removed]) asked to me contact hp sales. Could not provide any email id. The phone number says not available over weekend, I am badly occupied over weekdays and don't really have time to get involved in long calls over weekdays. Please help me out.

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
