I recently cancelled my instant ink account and now my printer is giving me an error. My HP smart app says cartridge or account issue. The last time I cancelled my instant ink I had a heck of a time printing consistently. I had someone help me and resigned me up for free on the instant ink account...makes me think I have to have an instant ink account to print which is ridiculous. Please advice. Thank you.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
