HP ENVY Photo 6234 printer gives cartridge problem error message: The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. I am unable to print now.
I have followed instructions on this forum to clean the cartridge, restart printer, etc, nothing has helped.
I have an Instant Ink subscription, just received the new cartridge, replaced it. Both the old and the new cartridge give the same error message.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors and the issue persists,
- I've sent you a private message with further instructions to get this issue sorted.

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
