Product: HP envy 6255

I have an HP envy 6255 printer. I recently got a cartridge error problem for my black ink cartridge. I have done all the trouble shooting steps. I have spent a few hours wasting my time to know avail. Of course I am not due for my shipment so it keeps referring me to trouble shooting steps. I can’t find any person to contact. My kids are in virtual school and I can’t print any documents. This is beyond frustrating. Can anyone help?
