I keep getting asked to remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, in this case it's the black one.   I have done this several times along with other advice given to me through the virtual agent option with no luck whatsoever!!!   I am enrolled in the HP instant ink which is proving to be my next issue as because the cartridge isn't registering in the printer it can't communicate with instant ink to know wether I need a new cartridge sent out to me.  Any help will be appreciated

I tried phoning support. No response. I tried Whatsapp: No response. Just send me a replacement cartridge to try.

Hi,

 

When I insert the cartridges, I don't know how much force it takes for them to stay in place. The spring pulls them out. I have tried what I see in the video and it does not work.

thx for help. I have bougt ink  Peach  H304XL which is not original and it won´t work. Can you halp me with advise?
