Error message says 'one or more cartidges apear missing or damaged' and it indicates all cartidges. I've bought new cartridges and replaced all, cleaned all contacts, even cleaned the cartridge carrier and there is nothing wrong with any cartridge nor the contacts. It seems just a software error in the printer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, checked latest software, unplugged power, everything. How do I clear this software error? Surely I don't have to throw away the whole printer?!
