Product: HP Envy Photo 7830

I’m getting a message telling me there is a cartridge problem., and instructions to ‘remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge…..’

I have done this on several occasions but to no avail - the same message keeps appearing. 
ant suggestions?

Which cartridge is indicated as causing the error?  The troubleshooting steps in the document here may resolve the cartridge error message.  Go through the steps in order.  I suspect that cleaning the cartridge and printer's electrical contacts may resolve the issue.  A clean coffee filter works well as the lint-free wipe.
