I can cartridge problem error and it tells me to remove and reinstall ink cartridges. I saw you told people to remove them, clean connectors and put them back. I did so and it still doesn’t work for me, they’re brand new ink cartridges as well.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
