Hi, my printer started suddenly throwing up cartridge communication errors, making it impossible to print. I tried all the steps outlined for troubleshooting already i.e firmware, cleaning and reset. I am signed up to hp instant ink and not due for new cartridges yet. I cant find a way to contact HP to get this faulty one sorted. Any suggestions where to go?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
