Hello, I also have moved and I have some 962XL toners that for an Office Pro 9014 that only accepts 963XL cartridges. Can I also get a reset link?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

To reset the HP cartridges on your Office Pro 9014 printer, please follow these steps.

 

  1. Turn on your HP Office Pro 9014 printer.
  2. Open the cartridge access door.
  3. Remove the cartridge that you want to reset.
  4. Find the reset button on the cartridge. This may be a small button or a metal contact on the side or bottom of the cartridge.
  5. Press and hold the reset button for 5-10 seconds, or until the printer's control panel displays a message indicating that the cartridge has been reset.
  6. Reinsert the cartridge into the printer and close the cartridge access door.

Note: Some HP cartridges may not have a reset button or contact. If this is the case, you can try removing the cartridge and reinserting it to see if that triggers a reset. If not, you may need to purchase a new cartridge.
