Hello, I also have moved and I have some 962XL toners that for an Office Pro 9014 that only accepts 963XL cartridges. Can I also get a reset link?

To reset the HP cartridges on your Office Pro 9014 printer, please follow these steps.
- Turn on your HP Office Pro 9014 printer.
- Open the cartridge access door.
- Remove the cartridge that you want to reset.
- Find the reset button on the cartridge. This may be a small button or a metal contact on the side or bottom of the cartridge.
- Press and hold the reset button for 5-10 seconds, or until the printer's control panel displays a message indicating that the cartridge has been reset.
- Reinsert the cartridge into the printer and close the cartridge access door.
Note: Some HP cartridges may not have a reset button or contact. If this is the case, you can try removing the cartridge and reinserting it to see if that triggers a reset. If not, you may need to purchase a new cartridge.
