Cartridge too long

I have contacted HP by phone and by chat  about the cartridges sent by HP instant ink being too long.  Same cartridge number but sticks out almost 1 inch more than previous cartridges supplied with same cartridge number (67).  The door simply will not close.  There is no clearance for the carriage to move back and forth or for the door to close.   I'm told to review proper insertion and to push cartridge all the way in but that is not the problem.  I've sent pictures of these cartridges and you can clearly see the difference in length of the cartridges being sent now.   I've called HP twice and online chat once.  Spent more than 2 hours trying to resolve this problem.  Not at all satisfied with HP at this point and just need the proper size cartridge for my HP Deskjet 2700 series printer

HP instant ink account shows it as HP deskjet 2752.   On the printer it says 2700.  I have received the correct size cartridge in the past.

HP Deskjet 2752 belongs to HP Deskjet 2700 printer series.

HP Instant Ink cartridges are bigger in size by design, this is well expected and these does fit your printer.

that's not the same type printer or cartridge I have.  show a video of deskjet 2700 and a 67 cartridge.
