Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

cartridges do not communicate.

replaced with new hp ink cartridge and still getting message error. performed trouble shooting instructions found and still does not work. losing a lot of faith in HP products as printers do not seem to last for more than a few years

Please read this post and then provide some details.  What printer model?  What exactly are any error messages on the printer or computer screen?  What cartridges are you having issues with?
