Product: HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer - H711n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I replaced the 3 colours and the screen of the printer advises me that the cartridges are damaged. I replaced them another time and the result is the same. Could you help me? The last time i changed the cartridges was all ok

Hi,.

Are these genuine HP cartridges or replacement cartridges? what is the used ink cartridges number?

 

Please include a picture of the current ink cartridges label to get some better understanding.

Thanks for the answer. They are replacement cartridges, the other Times I changed the cartridges were all ok, without any problem
