Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!I have a problem with cartridges at Hp OfficeJet 8012.I have bought OEM brand new color( M,C,Y) cartridges but the printer cannot recognize Cyan and Yellow no matter what.I tried to clean the contacts,the chip,i tried hard reset,semi-full reset,nothing helps.What is wrong with this printer?Thanks in advance!
